I took some woorkboot to get streched. Fantastic work. Great customer service. To be in an oilfield town i expected crazy prices but it's just as reasonable as back home. Will come back to get some more work done since they also make custom made items.

I had an expensive pair of Italian leather boots gifted to me. They were too tight on my legs so I took them to Ruben’s and had them put zippers in them. It took them a bit to find metal zippers long enough, but when finished you couldn’t tell they hadn’t always had zippers. Amazing workmanship.

Repaired & resoled numerous boots for my husband great work and reasonable. I have larger calf’s so most boots have narrow shafts. Mr Ruben managed to cut shaft front an back to loosen the top. Boots look original and beautiful. I have received lots of complaints from ladies who also have problems buying boots that fit well. I highly recommend his work!!

Ruben is an American Gem. He is a true craftsman and one of a kind. I live in Midland we have two boot repair businesses which might be labeled "on again off again" I have had my Tony Lama boots for 17 years. I got a small tear in one and went over to see Ruben to see if he could help me. Ruben is a master. He repaired my boot beyond my most optimistic hope. He communicates clearly. He fixed my boot when he said he would. His pricing is better than reasonable. If you are anywhere in the Permian basin and need a boot repair Ruben is your answer. His shop is on University almost across the street from Chic Fil A.

Not many things worth the money anymore. Finally ran into to something that is. It’s the repair shop. $285 thorogood boots, needed soles badly and stitches in multiple places on each boot. This guy did a fantastic job!! Absolutely recommend. Finally got to see somebody that takes pride in what they do.

Took my black ostrich boots and got the heels re done. Saul did an amazing job on em. My red leather Justin boots the put new rubber soles on them.. Came out looking brand new!!! Definitely will be back!!
